• Mini Neck Lift: This can be effective for those with light lines, wrinkles and a small amount of sagging. A Mini Neck Lift involves smaller and fewer incisions than a traditional Neck Lift and has a shorter recovery time.
• Platysmaplasty: This option tightens the muscles in the neck and jawline if they have relaxed with age, to give a smoother foundation for the skin to be laid over. It is usually performed in conjunction with a Traditional or Mini Neck Lift.
• Nefertiti Neck Lift: This non-surgical option uses injectables, like Botox, to relax neck muscles, reduce neck bands, and lift the jawline subtly. It’s suitable for minor sagging and lines and comes with minimal downtime but frequent repeat treatments.

What is Included in the Cost of a Neck Lift?

The fees include the operating room and any necessary equipment and amenities to ensure a comfortable experience during the procedure. High-quality facilities that prioritise patient safety and care standards will likely charge more.
• Anaesthetic fees: Neck Lift anaesthetic fees covers the anaesthetist’s services before, during, and immediately after the surgery to manage pain and consciousness.
• Medical tests: The cost of pre-operative medical tests to assess your fitness for surgery is also typically included in the neck tightening surgery cost. Tests include blood work, ECGs, and any other examinations deemed necessary by your surgeon to minimise the surgical risks.
• Post-operative garments: Specialised compression garments, if required after the surgery, to reduce swelling and support healing, are also included in the cost.
• Medications: The cost of a Neck Lift surgery includes pain management medications and antibiotics prescribed by your surgeon.
• Follow-up care: You will have two follow-up appointments after your surgery: one with our nurses a week after your surgery and one with your surgeon six weeks after your procedure to check on incisions, remove stitches, and assess the healing process. The fees for these appointments are often included in the total cost of the procedure.

In rare cases, you might need minor revisions or adjustments after the procedure. Your surgeon will discuss the revision policy during your initial consultation.
