What is an 8 Point Facelift?

The 8 Point Facelift involves Dermal Filler being injected into 8 specific areas to lift the mid-section of the face and restore youthful volume which may have been lost through ageing or weight- loss.

Natural ageing and weight loss impact the appearance of the face because of the development of sagging skin, and the loss of collagen, elastin and underlying muscle and bone. This is a highly effective non-surgical treatment option for people who may not be ready to commit to a surgical Facelift, but who are concerned about sagging and sunken cheeks, jowls and fine lines and wrinkles.

Being able to offer new treatments, and address patients’ concerns in new and innovative ways comes with a huge range of benefits. The 8 Point Facelift is a highly effective treatment and enhances the use of Dermal Fillers in several ways:

• Lifted and toned face – The 8 Point Facelift improves the appearance of the overall face, rather than just treating isolated areas, which can sometimes lead to a disjointed result. The 8 injection sites have been chosen as areas that work well together, and give a smooth and rejuvenated appearance overall. 
• Improved facial proportions – Changes to the face due to the natural ageing process or weight loss can impact the proportions of the face, resulting in it looking unbalanced. By restoring the facial proportions, the face will naturally look younger and rejuvenated.  
• Fast results – The 8 Point Facelift can be carried out in around 30 minutes and results are available almost immediately. To see your final results, you will need to wait for any swelling or bruising to heal, this usually takes up to 10 days. 
• Minimal downtime – It is normal and expected for Dermal Fillers to result in some bruising or swelling, and your consultant will discuss this with you during your consultation. However, this won’t prevent you from working or continuing with your day to day activities. 

What Conditions Can an 8 Point Facelift Treat?

As the 8 Point Facelift treats the entire face, it can effectively address a number of concerns.

Jowls 

Sagging skin around the jawline, known as Jowls, is a common concern for many people due to ageing or a change in weight. It can leave the jawline and chin looking undefined and exacerbate the appearance of a double chin and sagging cheeks. The 8 Point Facelift injects Filler into the jaw area to lift and support the skin, reducing the appearance of Jowls and redefining a weak jawline and chin.

Sunken Cheeks 

As collagen and elastin breaks down in the skin, and the muscle and bone which supports the skin begins to recede, the cheeks appear sunken and hollow which can create a sad look to the face. The 8 Point Facelift involves injecting Dermal Filler into multiple areas of the cheeks to restore the volume of the mid-section of the face creating a more youthful and refreshed appearance.

Drooping Outer Eyes 

Another common sign of ageing is the skin around the outer eyes beginning to sag and drop making the eyes appear smaller and the cheekbones lower. By injecting Dermal Filler into the upper cheeks, the cheekbones are redefined and the skin around the outer eyes is supported to appear more lifted, reopening the eyes.

We are accessible by all major bus routes that pass through Sloane Square and Sloane Street, as well as Sloane Square tube station.

We are just a 5 minute walk northwards up Sloane Street once you have arrived at Sloane Square.

Local pay parking is available just around the corner from the Clinic on Cadogan Gate, Cadogan Square and Cadogan Gardens. Our local residential parking zone is the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea.
